To delete your Village account and all associated data, please contact us:

Please include your phone number used for your Village account in your request.

What gets deleted:

  • Your profile information (name, phone number)
  • All reminders you created
  • All reminders you received
  • Your completion history
  • Contact associations

What we retain:

  • Phone verification logs (30 days for fraud prevention)

Timeline: We'll process your deletion request within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email.
